YOGA 101

Yoga 101 is a 6 week introduction to Yoga.  Students will participate in a 45 minute class with movement, mediation and breath work. As they practice Yoga, students will become familiar with the elements of the class and movements.  An excellent class to enjoy movement while learning the benefits of yoga and give students more comfort to attend group classes in the future.
